The Challenge
To capture the essence of solo travel – the freedom, the exploration, and the raw experience of the world. WE FREE SPIRITS aimed to inspire others to take the leap, embrace adventure, and embark on unforgettable journeys, regardless of company.
The Solution
We recognized a generic, template based travel blog wouldn’t suffice for WE FREE SPIRITS. The website needed to be an intimate space, with a unique design. We prioritized a clean layout and intuitive navigation, ensuring visitors could easily explore the diverse destinations and captivating stories. High-quality photographs taken by the blogger would transport viewers to bustling cityscapes and serene landscapes, immersing them in the WE FREE SPIRITS’ adventures.
Collaborative Design & Development
The WE FREE SPIRITS website project fostered a highly collaborative environment. The client possessed a distinct set of design preferences that needed careful implementation and execution. To ensure a successful outcome, we maintained a close communication throughout the project, from its inception to completion. This collaborative approach allowed us to translate the client’s vision into a user-friendly and visually captivating website that perfectly embodies the spirit of WE FREE SPIRITS and its solo travel adventures.
Custom Post Tag Filtering
This project involved developing a custom post tag filter for the category pages, utilizing Elementor’s new Loop Grid templates. This innovative feature streamlines user experience by allowing visitors to easily filter posts based on specific tags. This functionality empowers users to quickly find the content they’re most interested in, resulting in a more engaging and efficient browsing experience.
Interactive Destinations Map
We incorporated a captivating interactive map into the WE FREE SPIRITS website. This feature allows visitors to embark on a virtual journey alongside the blog’s author. By hovering over specific countries on the map, users can instantly access a curated selection of blog posts related to that destination.
SEO & Speed for WE FREE SPIRITS
We prioritized search engine optimization (SEO) and website loading speed throughout the WE FREE SPIRITS project. Understanding the importance of online visibility, we implemented various strategies to ensure the blog ranks well in search engine results. These tactics included image compression to optimize page load times and the creation of SEO-friendly content that utilizes relevant keywords and optimizes meta descriptions.
